Returns & Shipping Policy
Because our bundt cakes are perishable, baked-to-order goods, we're unable to accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at theoriginalbakersman@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. Cakes ship Monday–Wednesday in insulated packaging; best enjoyed within two weeks, or freeze for up to three months. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses or carrier issues after handoff, but we'll always work with you to resolve problems.
